Best: Attending an investment conference in Brussels while raising our second investment round. 

Worst: A trip to a conference where my luggage was lost, and the hotel had no Wi-Fi. 

If you could learn a language instantly, which would you pick and why? 

Mandarin. It’s essential for engaging with the growing Chinese market.
